- What is your return policy for Lion's Choice GEAR?
Return Policy
Online purchases from Lions Choice may be returned within 14 days of purchase in unused, like new condition for a full refund.
Apparel items must be unwashed and unworn with all original labels and tags attached to the item.
All damaged and shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order.
Purchases will be refunded only to the same credit card used on the purchase. A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1-2 billing cycles.
All returns must have a copy of your original receipt, all shipping documentation and must be in new condition.
All sales on closeout or special items are final. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on closeout items.
When returning items
To prepare your return, please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated box. Complete the "Returned Items" portion of your original packing slip or clearly note the reason for return on the slip: include a copy inside the package: pack and tape your package securely. Write your order number (found on the packing slip) on the provided pre-paid label in the space provided. Affix the label to the outside of the package. Drop off to your local UPS carrier location
- What recognition has Lion's Choice received from RFT?
We've received recognition for BEST Fast Food in 2007 and 2008. Best Roast Beef in 2010 and 2011. We are known for quality, taste, and nutrition and our loyal St Louis fans continue to recognize us in the River Front Times.
- But isn't this just a plain roast beef sandwich with nothing on it?
No, it's a simple, real sandwich. Served with just a dash of secret seasoning on a buttered and toasted bun, Lion's Choice roasted beef sandwiches are known for the quality of our beef. Its taste is highlighted by simple, honest preparation.
- How much beef does the average restaurant serve weekly/monthly/yearly?
The average Lion's Choice restaurant serves about 1,200 lbs. of beef per week, 5,000 lbs. per month and 60,000 lbs. per year.
- Is the first Lion's Choice location still open?
Yes, it is located on 14919 Manchester in Ballwin, Mo.
- What kind of beef does Lion's Choice use?
Lion's Choice uses only fresh domestic top-round roasts. This beef is much leaner than most beef you will find at other roast beef restaurants.
- What makes Lion's Choice different from typical "fast food"?

- Where was the first Lion's Choice located?
The first Lion's Choice opened in Ballwin, Mo., in 1967. Although at the time, it was known as the Red Lion Beef House.
- Why is it "roasted beef" and not "roast beef"?
We prefer "roasted beef" instead of "roast beef" to call attention to the slow-roasting our real top-round roasts undergo.
