Choice Foods Opens New Lion's Choice® Restaurant in Washington, MO Choice Foods LLC, a Lion's Choice® franchisee, opened their 2nd Lion's Choice® restaurant early last month in Washington, MO. The store follows a new model designed by Kiku Obata. This design debuted at the Elm & 370 restaurant in St. Charles earlier this year. The prototype design presents a fresh experience without pretense. It is comfortable and simple. Real architecture and real materials speak to the quality of the beef and the care taken during the roasting process. The no-nonsense design ensures quick service, while the welcoming interiors invite customers to relax and enjoy their meal. Denise Otto manages approximately 30 employees at this new location.
