Earlier this month, Valley Beef, LLC, a Lion's Choice® franchisee, opened a new store at Mid Rivers Mall in St. Peters, Missouri. The store follows a new model designed by Kiku Obata. This design debuted at the Elm & 370 Lion's Choice® location in St. Charles earlier this year. The design is comfortable and simple. Real architecture and real materials speak to the quality of the beef and the care taken during the roasting process. The no-nonsense design ensures quick service, while the welcoming interiors invite customers to relax and enjoy their meal. In addition to a comfortable dining atmosphere, a new feature to the dining room is the Signature Saucing Station. This station offers a variety of sauces including: ketchup, bbq sauce, honey mustard, horseradish, Chipotle Bistro sauce, Traditional A1, hot sauce, Worcestershire and a seasonal sauce. Nearby is an "Ice Cream Parlor" window, which is original to this location. Managed by Rich Marchwinski, approximately 28 employees will help run this new store.
