Red Lion Beef Corporation opened their 16th store on April 19, 2006. The store follows a new model designed by Kiku Obata. The prototype design presents a fresh experience without pretense. It is comfortable and simple. Real architecture and real materials speak to the quality of the beef and the care taken during the roasting process. The no-nonsense design ensures quick service, while the welcoming interiors invite customers to relax and enjoy their meal.

Heather Eggering was transferred from the Des Peres store to manage this new location. The new store currently manages 25 employees.
