Lionhearts, Inc., a Lion's Choice® franchisee, announced plans earlier this year to build a Lion's Choice® restaurant in Herculaneum, MO. A site for the new location has been chosen. Once the Missouri Department of Transportation (MODOT) has approved the location, owners Troy Cardona and Sheri Steffens will move forward with construction; they expect to break ground this summer. The store will be located at 1198 Scenic Drive, Herculaneum, MO 63048.
