Choice Foods LLC, a Lion's Choice® franchisee, has announced plans to build 4-5 more Lion's Choice® restaurants within the boundaries of Franklin County and the I-44 corridor from Pacific, Missouri to St. Roberts, Missouri.

When Choice Foods opened their Fas-Trip Convenience Store in Sullivan, Missouri on December 1, 2004, they also introduced their newest venture, a Lion's Choice® . The restaurant, adjacent to the Convenience Store, opened for business to the public on September 6, 2005 and quickly became a huge success. As a result, Choice Foods is actively seeking to purchase and build more Lion's Choice® restaurant locations.
